The Australian Government plans to delay reinstatement of the Racial Discrimination Act in the Northern Territory - suspended as part of its Emergency Response last year - for another 12 months, and will continue blanket welfare quarantining for at least that long.

People in the Northern Territory should not have to wait any longer for the reinstatement of their rights.
